Go to your account settings
To go to your account settings, click on your “Profile Icon” on the navigation bar on the left side of your dashboard.
Changing your notification settings
To change your notification settings, click on your “Profile Icon” on the navigation bar on the left side of your dashboard.
Click “Notifications”.
Toggle “On” or “Off” your notification settings.
⚠️ Note: if you turn off your notification settings, you will not receive any notifications regarding incoming or pre-screened participants for your studies.
Changing your profile information
Your profile information includes your name, organization and contact information.
To change your profile settings, click on your “Profile Icon” on the navigation bar on the left side of your dashboard.
Click “Profile”.
Navigate to the profile field you’d like to change and click “Edit” to edit the field.
Once you're done, click “Save”.
Changing Your Email
⚠️ Note: When you change an email address you will need to complete an Email Change Confirmation.
Look out for an email from us. Click the "Confirm New Email" button.
